These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by NextDay Catalina Foothills Landscaper. By hiring us for landscaping services, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals to industry standards.

Scheduling and Appointments

We will schedule services at mutually agreed times. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Weather conditions may require us to adjust schedules for outdoor work. We will notify you if delays occur.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work areas. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles if needed, and ensuring our team can safely reach all areas requiring service. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or sensitive areas before we begin work.

Liability and Insurance

We carry general liability insurance for the protection of our clients and our team. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems not disclosed to us, or property damage resulting from conditions you failed to disclose. We are not liable for plant material that fails to thrive due to inadequate care after installation or environmental factors beyond our control.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. For plant installations, we offer a 30-day warranty on plant material, provided you follow our care instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather, neglect, or improper watering.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. For ongoing contracts, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all services completed before the cancellation date.

Changes to Services

If you request additional work or changes while our team is on your property, we will provide a quote before proceeding. Significant changes may require rescheduling to ensure we have the right equipment and materials.

Disputes and Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve it. Most issues can be worked out through honest communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved according to Arizona state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
